***Simply Noodles (sN Pacific Rim Asian Kitchen) was founded 5 years ago in Melbourne, Australia. Our concept was developed with healthy living in mind. This was further fueled with a statement "back to basics"�, an idea to change the negative perspective of Asian cooking.***As one of the founding member, I was disappointed with the service and the quality of food found in most Asian restaurants. They were dull, cluttered, and for a lack of words, dirty! Additionally, the meals were overwhelmed with chemical tenderizers and taste enhancers, which always made my tummy angry. My partners and I wanted to change this perspective and the cooking style. ***We wanted our consumers to know that Asian cooking is an art form. So, with the studies and practice of fueng-shui, we developed a circular exhibition kitchen. The kitchen is positioned in the middle of the restaurant, such that, consumers can sit all around the cooking area. Also, this provided a good flow of energy, balancing the elements of the chi.***Our menu is balanced between hot and cold concepts of the chi "¦ we call it Asian Fusion. Of our meals, we don't add chemical tenderizers or food enhancers; instead we use top quality products and fresh-fresh produce. To further entice our consumers taste buds, our menu encompasses different regions of the Asian Pacific Rim. Specializing in noodles from those regions and also selected tasty dishes that we thought were delicious.***And finally the atmosphere "“ this was a must. Nothing enhances the taste of food better than the atmosphere.
